Bowen Island
Forest House
Bowen Island is where our work finds some of its deepest roots. Here, site and context guide form, experience, and the way a home meets the landscape. The homes we design are modern, bespoke, and deeply personal, crafted for people who value architecture that feels intentional, functional, and quietly bold.

Forest House
The house was designed for a young family of three seeking a lifestyle change who relocated from Vancouver to Bowen Island, which is just an hour’s commute away.
Forest House aims to provide a true sense of place, connecting them to nature, but also providing a refuge from it in the wetter, winter months.
Bowen Island Renovation
This sprawling family retreat sits atop an extraordinary, rocky cliff, just above the water.
Originally built in the 1950s, the home has undergone three previous renovations, and required a little imagination in working with the original bones of the structure, as well as resolving the more current construction requirements.
Bowen Island Cabin
Currently under construction and scheduled for completion in 2027, Bowen Island Cabin is designed as a quiet retreat for a small family seeking to unwind and reconnect with nature.
Located on the island’s rugged west side, the site offers sweeping views across Howe Sound, framed by moss-covered granite, towering firs, cedars, and sculptural arbutus trees. It is a place defined by calmness, light, and the rhythm of the surrounding landscape.
