We’re excited to share that East Van Residence has been named NUVO Magazine’s Home of the Week. The feature highlights the project as a considered response to a compact site.
Writing for NUVO, John Gendall notes:
“Working within a small lot with tight parameters, Montgomery configured the layout to optimize outdoor space. A rooftop terrace, created in collaboration with Considered Design, provides a place for outdoor leisure with panoramic views, while an accessory building in the rear yard offers flexible space: a garage or a creative studio.”
Thank you to the NUVO editorial team for the thoughtful coverage.
