East Van Residence Wins 2025 Japan IDPA Award Platinum Prize
We’re thrilled to share that East Van Residence has been awarded the Platinum Prize in the Residential Space category at the 2025 Japan IDPA Awards.
Designed for a young family in East Vancouver, the home reimagines the typical urban infill. By reversing the traditional floorplan, placing the main living spaces above and private rooms below, the design maximizes views of the Burrard Inlet and North Shore mountains while maintaining a grounded, intimate relationship with the surrounding garden and community.
